Week 15 - Insulation

A lot happened this week, which is a nice change of pace from the slower work pace the past couple of weeks.

Duc added insulation to the walls of the bedrooms since it's not standard for builders to do. We had our pre-sheetrock meeting with the builders and everything seems to look fine. This is the wall separating the living room and the master bedroom. Duc added insulation to that wall.

This is the breakfast area and the secondary staircase.

This is the formal dining room. There's sheetrock in the house and we hope it will go up soon.

This is the master bedroom. It's a little hard to see, but they added a silvery radiant barrier in the attic to make the house more energy efficient. They will also blow in 18 inches of foam insulation in the attic.
