Our master bathroom and closet area is long and narrow. This particular plan did not have a linen closet. Our plan was to install shelves in the master closet after we moved in. The other morning, Duc dropped by the house and saw the carpenters doing trim work. He asked if they could build a shelf in the master closet for us. At first, they were hesitant to deviate from their assigned plans, but Duc assured them that our builder knew of our intentions for a shelf in the closet. They agreed to do it if there was enough wood left over. Looks like there was. That's one less thing to worry about after moving in. So thankful for those carptenters!
Here's the stair railing if you're coming from the hallway. We opted not to get wrought iron because it was a ridiculously expensive upgrade. The wood railings work just fine.
This is the pantry. I'm so excited because it's almost twice the space of our current pantry. Costco here I come!
