Our big back yard would not feel complete without a playscape. Duc built the playscape at the old house and he was planning to do the same here. But he's been so busy with work and other projects that he surrendered to convenience and purchased one. We found this one at Rainbow Play Systems. This is a discontinued display model and we got a discount on the price. They delivered and assembled it for us. With a good coat of wood stain, this playscape will look great.
We really like the platform steps instead of the ladder system. It will be easier for Jacob to climb on this. There's a sand box under the fort and room for three swings on the other side.
The system came with two swings and a disc swing at the end. We replaced one with a baby swing for Jacob and replaced the disc swing with a double swing.
At each end of the playscape is a see-saw and a play house. It's really a kids paradise out there and they love playing outside.
